For your protection, all of our products are covered by the following warranty.  Please read it and the warning at the bottom of this page.  Be sure to return the registration portion of this page to activate your two-year warranty.  It must be received within 30 days of the purchase of your anchor.  We appreciate your business and want to provide the best in service.  Please give us a call if you have any questions or concerns.

Conditions:

·         Check your order immediately upon arrival.

·         Report any problems within 5 business days of receipt of your purchase.

·         All sales are final after 90 days.  This does not include warranty issues.

 

Two Year Limited Warranty - Covers:

 

·         Defects in the material

·         Defects in the workmanship

 

Two Year Limited Warranty – Does not Cover:

 

·         Misuse or neglect

·         Normal wear and tear

·         Damage by common carrier or shipping company

 

No Hassle Guarantee:

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please call or email us.  You have 90 days from your date of purchase to return our anchor.  No questions asked.

 

Ton Anchor Mfg., Inc. warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and with normal maintenance for two years from date of purchase.  This Limited Warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser and does not run to any subsequent purchaser.  However, you must return the bottom portion of this page to activate this warranty.

 

In no event shall Ton Anchor Mfg., Inc. will be liable under this warranty for any amount exceeding the original purchase price of the product.
